Branch of the current business in Concesio (BS), at Via Aldo Moro n. 18/20, with the purpose of producing electricity (Ateco code 35.11) through the use of the photovoltaic system currently registered in the Building Registry at sheet 30 with sub-plot number 294 subordinate 2 built on an area owned by "xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx" and granted to xxxxxxxxxxxxx until 31.12.2035, with the corresponding right now held by xxxxxxxxxxxxx by virtue of a purchase deed with Notary Dr. Antonella Rebuffoni dated 30.11.2022 Rep. 60366 (annex A). The concession right is valid until 31.12.2035. As per what is specified in the original concession and as reported in the business branch purchase deed by xxxxxxxxxxxx, at the end of the concession, the Municipality of Concesio will retain ownership of both the land and the structure. The buyer will take on all the rights and obligations of the original concession agreement between xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxxxxx as of the deed dated 24.05.2002 no. 75181/22176 by Notary Mario Mistretta (annex B) and subsequent amendment with deed dated 16.11.2022 by Notary Antonella Rebuffoni Rep. No. 60260 (annex C), as transferred by the sale deed of 30.11.22 mentioned above. The buyer is deemed to be aware of the content of these deeds, as well as the underlying administrative documents, which the offeror has the obligation to inspect. It is noted that as indicated in the annexed document C), the buyer must have the ability to contract with the Public Administration.
