The business unit subject to the assignment consists of the business assets covered by the aforementioned lease contract and includes: a) contracts for the supply of logistics and warehousing services; b) rental contracts for machinery and equipment; c) employment contracts belonging to the business branch transferable according to current regulations; d) owned assets included in the business branch, including, in particular, 5 pallet trucks and furnishings; e) authorizations and licenses for the operation of the business branch as per the Chamber of Commerce registration; f) other contracts related to the company that are ongoing from the effective date of the lease contract.
